Terms of Service

By accessing the Jittery website (the "Service" or "Jittery") or using any service offered by Jittery you agree and acknowledge to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access the website or use the Service. Jittery reserves the right to change these Terms at any time.

Violation of these Terms may result in the termination of your right to use or access Jittery. Any account that you may have created as part of the Service may also be terminated.


In order to create an account with Jittery, you must agree to these Terms, provide a valid email address and provide any other information required during the account registration process. As reasonably possible you agree to update this information to maintain its accuracy during your use of Jittery. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all content that you may post on the Jittery service and any activity that occurs under your account.

You may not select as a username the name of a person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorization. You may not choose as a username any name that is - at the sole discretion of Jittery - offensive, vulgar or obscene.

Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.

Automated editor account usage through "bots" is not permitted. One example of this is using a bot to post comments.

Jittery may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Editor content

"Editor content" is defined as content that a user of Jittery posts, uploads, publishes, submits or transmits to be made available through the Service.

Editor responsibility

You are solely responsible for your use of Jittery. As Jittery serves as a repository of information, editor-posted content does not represent the advice, views, opinions or beliefs of Jittery or its staff, and Jittery makes no claim of accuracy of any editor-posted content.

You may not post, upload, publish, submit or otherwise transmit to the Service any content that you do not own the copyright to or otherwise have authorization to use. By transmitting content to the Jittery service you warrant that you have the right to make this content available for publish on the Service under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license. You further recognize the right of Jittery to utilize the content under same license.

You acknowledge that Jittery has no obligation to monitor your access to or use of the Service, or to review or edit any editor-posted content, but has the right to do so for the purpose of operating or improving the Service, to ensure your compliance with these Terms, or to comply with applicable law or the order or requirement of a court, administrative agency or other governmental body.

You may not post, upload, publish, submit or otherwise transmit to the Service any content that is racist, offensive, vulgar or obscene. For the purposes of the Jittery service, the defining of content as racist, offensive, vulgar or obscene is at the sole discretion of Jittery.

Jittery reserves the right to remove any content from the Service at any time and for any reason.

You alone are responsible for the content you post to Jittery and for your behavior on the Jittery service. In the process of posting content to Jittery you are responsible for complying with any laws, rules or regulations applicable to any legal jurisdictions relevant to you.

Links to other websites

The Service may contain links to third party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Jittery.

Jittery has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals.

You acknowledge and agree that Jittery shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such third party websites or services.

Copyright, license and site access

Content posted to Jittery by editors is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license.

In cases of external scraper, spider, script, or bot access to the Service, Jittery may, at its discretion, choose to throttle or block access to the Service. This may occur in cases where a scraper, spider, script, or bot is acting in a manner that harms or disrupts the Service. We may block any such access without notice.

Age restrictions

Children under the age of 13 may not create a Jittery account. Children under the age of 13 may not use the Jittery services in any manner without parental consent.

Independent entities

Jittery and you are independent entities and nothing in these Terms, or in your use of the Jittery website or any Jittery service, shall create or imply any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between Jittery and you.

Your use of the Jittery service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind.
